New T-Shirts Available in the Kelcy Mae Store 

The Kelcy Mae "Half-Light" t-shirts are back by popular demand and in new colors. The super soft, tri-blend tees boast the same gas lantern design. Regular tees come in Vintage Navy with Bone print, and women's tees come in Vintage Red with Bone print. Kelcy Mae at 2016 French Quarter Festival 

Kelcy Mae is thrilled to return to the French Quarter Festival lineup this year with a performance on Saturday, April 9 (12:00pm-12:30pm) at the BMI Songwriter Stage, which is located in The Historic New Orleans Collection courtyard at 533 Royal Street. Come early to grab a seat and enjoy the set! 

Christmas With You (Merry Me) - Single & Music Video Officially Released! 



Kelcy Mae's holiday single, "Christmas With You (Merry Me)," is officially available for download, and the touching music video celebrating this year's Supreme Court decision is up! Watch the video now below, and visit the Music page to download the single or purchase a limited edition, signed, and numbered CD of the single.

The song will also be available on iTunes, Amazon, Google, and other online music stores as well as streaming services such as Spotify. Deadline extended for Kelcy Mae's Pride-Filled Christmas Music Video Project! 

The deadline for submitting photos and videos for use in Kelcy Mae's "Christmas with You" music video has been extended through October 25, 2015. Please consider submitting media, and please also share with your LGBT/Queer friends and family. We want this video to be as inclusive as possible. Kelcy Mae's Pride-filled Christmas Music Video Project 

Kelcy Mae has launched a new recording and music video project for the upcoming holiday season! We are seeking crowd-sourced media to include in the video, specifically from the LGBT/Queer community. Hear the story, find out more, and be a part of the video by visiting the Christmas Project page! Deadlines for submissions of personal photos and home video will be Friday, October 16, 2015. 

Kelcy Mae nominated in "Best of the Beat"  

Offbeat Magazine just announced the nominations for this year's Best of the Beat Awards, to be held on January 22. Visit their website to vote for your favorite New Orleans / Louisiana artists and albums. Kelcy Mae was nominated under Best Country/Folk/Singer-Songwriter, Best Country/Folk/Singer-Songwriter Album (for Half-Light), and Best Music Video (for "The Fire"). Find these categories on the ballot under numbers 26, 27, and 47. You can only vote once per computer, so vote when you're ready, now through January 9!

Tickets available now for Highway to the Danger-Free Zone: a Night of Music benefitting APEX Youth Center 


In an evening promoting community involvement, singer-songwriter and bandleader Kelcy Mae has assembled six New Orleans acts for a night of music, put on by the music community, to honor the hard work of Central City's APEX Youth Center. APEX Youth Center offers the city's youth a place to learn and grow in a safe environment. The multi-genre concert and benefit brings a diverse group of musicians and audiences together in an effort to reduce violence and create opportunities .

APEX—Always Pursuing Excellence—is a non-profit, community-based youth center located in Central City. They offer local youth a safe space to laugh, learn, play and grow; while providing a meal, mentoring, tutoring, community service opportunities, recreation, and other structured activities.
